Hi! The house is over 2,000 square feet, and very nice, and I am renting out one of the bedrooms. There is a lawn, large kitchen, covered patio, gardens, TONS of space. The house is about a mile away from Valley Fair Mall, in a super nice, well-kept neighborhood! I am looking for roommates that are clean, quiet, and will treat the house well. I am a teacher and go to school working on my doctorate. I'm not much of a partier and don't have tons of traffic coming through the house, especially with Covid going on. Also, I have two, small, non-shedding lhasa apsos that will love you to death, so you'll have to like dogs :) (sorry, we can't accept any more pets on the lease agreement). ONLY one person allowed per room, no exceptions. The rent is $429/month, and that includes water, sewer, and garbage; so we'll split the electricity, internet, and gas only! No smokers, even smoking outside is not permitted. Please tell me about yourself in your response to the ad, otherwise, your response will be deleted. Hopefully, you will get to move into this great house! If the ad is up, then it is still available. The lease agreement is just month to month. I'm asking for the standard refundable deposit and first and last month's rent. NO SMOKERS.
