Private 240 square foot apartment for ONE person, in Edgemont Provo. It's a small apartment at my house. Main room is 7.5' x 15' with a few cupboards, a kitchen sink, a small fridge, microwave oven and a hot plate. No oven/stove. There is a small 5.5' x 15' bedroom with a place to hang your clothes, but no closet. And there is a small 2.5'x7.5' bathroom, Toilet and shower, No bathroom sink, you use the kitchen sink. Just a Private little apartment. Utilities are in owners name so you just pay $80 per month for utilities.
