One room is about 9 x 13 with closet, has a south facing window. $550 One room is very small, just big enough for a desk and a sleeping loft. I like bicycling and hiking, hosting small dinner parties or evening gatherings. No TV in the living room, minimal music. I don't like team sports, don't like heavy drinking or partying. I like cats. I'm relaxed and low-drama. I have lived with many housemates, ages 18 to 75, over the years. I am doing some renovations on the house, but will generally keep things quiet and clean after 5:00 pm.
