Looking to rent out this room in our house. This would be in a shared living space but you will have your own bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom with quick access to the laundry machines and plenty of parking space. We are a family of 3 but its usually a pretty quiet home and most likely wont run into us much outside of coming in or out of the front door. Utilities are payed by the homeowners.
