We are just finishing up the remodel so there are few things we need to move around but the house is ready to show and can be ready to move in to as soon as you are. We just added a new bathroom to the basement, finished the the laundry room and added a brand new central AC system. We are looking for a 12 month lease. The rent includes the city water/sewer/garbage, all other utilities are to be paid by tenant. Lawn care to be done by tenant. No pets. No smoking.
