Renter will have their own outside dedicated parking on a large flat driveway. Up to 2 cars. Main floor has a private office space perfect for working from home. Includes desk + chair. Fully stocked kitchen, large living room with TV and Roku. There is currently no TVs upstairs. Bathroom (shower), dining area, laundry is also located on the main floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, accessed by the unique spiral staircase. Both bedrooms have new king size platform beds. There is no yard/grass access. Sorry, we cannot allow any pets. We do have dogs on our property that are separated from the apartment by the enclosed patio.
