This is a completely separate, modern mother-in-law apartment for rent. Rent will include all utilities, washer and dryer, and fiber internet. Finishes and amenities include gas stove, dishwasher, farmhouse sink, pantry, walk in closet, double sinks in master bath, beautiful tile walk-in shower and small gas fireplace. There is a walk-out basement with a small portion of the backyard fenced off for the tenant. The exterior door also has a doggie door installed. Small animals may be considered so please inquire for more information. There is only one hvac system so tenant must be okay with landlord controlling temperatures. I am a single father with 3 children. Tenant must be okay with kids running around. My house is located in a quiet cold-a-sac with plenty of driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Also note that I am willing to credit back some rent on a month to month basis for help taking care of the home such as yard work etc. Total credit back never to exceed 200 a month. Tenant to be responsible for snow removal for their own parking area with no credit back.
