I am renting out an extra fully furnished bedroom in a two bedroom condo located on 3900 S 700 E in Millcreek area. I prefer mature male tenant who is a non smoker, clean and respectful. No drugs, alcohol or parties. I have a small dog lives with me so no other pets allowed. $500 refundable deposit is required if no damages in the house upon the day the tenant moves out. The room will be available on October 1,2022.
