Looking for someone to buy my contract at Centennial apartment. It is BYU contracted housing so must be a BYU or UVU student or going to one of the schools nearby. Contract is Jan- August 2021. It is one spot in a shared room. Rent is $330 before utilities (so usually ending up at $365) There are 6 roommates and 2 bathrooms. Laundry is onsite and there is a pool, hot tub, and fire pit in the complex and lots of parking. It is right next to VASA gym and a BYU campus shuttle stop and UVX stop.
