All utilities and fiber internet included. Full access to the kitchen/appliances, dishes/silverware, washer/dryer. Garage has a standalone freezer for extra space. Access to a home gym in the basement. Have a small amount of storage available if needed. I own a friendly kitty that roams the house and some reptiles. Reptiles or fish can come along with you but no cats or dogs. Home is secured with a Vivint alarm system. Common areas and the outside of my home is monitored 24/7. My home is in a good neighborhood with neighbors who care and watch out for each other. Looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful tenant who works full-time and can pay rent on time each month.
