I have a furnished room in my basement for rent. Basement has a bathroom which is shared with 1 other tenant. A second tenant lives upstairs and has their own bathroom. Included furniture in the room is a full size bed, TV (with access to various streaming services), and cabinet/dresser. The cabinet/dresser in center of the room is stationary. All utilities and fiber internet included. Full access to the kitchen/appliances, dishes/silverware, washer/dryer. Garage has a standalone freezer for extra space. Access to a home gym in the basement. Have a small amount of storage available if needed. And access to a Bullfrog hot tub for some great pain relief. I own a friendly kitty that roams the house and some reptiles. Reptiles or fish can come along with you but no cats or dogs.
