I work from home, but also travel a lot for work. One other female roommate upstairs, but you won’t be sharing any space with us. No drama or big parties please, as we are a pretty chill/quiet household :) I have two indoor cats, but they don’t go in the basement. 1-6 month lease options Rent: $1,500/month Utilities: inlcuded Garage Parking: included (one spot, if vehicle fits) Deposit: $500 (refundable if everything is left in same condition) ***I will need the deposit, first month's rent and a background check to book!*** Utilities/Amenities include private walk-in closet, private bath, private washer/dryer, private kitchen, fast wifi, garbage, water, sewer, AC, gas, clubhouse, pool, etc. Basement also has a queen bed, couch with ottoman, tv, desk/table space, nightstands, walk-in closet/storage. I won't allow smoking. Please be respectful if you drink alcohol. I won't allow parties or harassment. ***Possible garage parking depending on the size of your vehicle. There is also driveway parking and close parking behind the townhome. ***I will allow pets on a case by case basis and there will be a monthly fee depending on the animal. $25 for cat. $50 for small dog. $75 for medium dog. $100 for larger dogs.
