This apartment is in downtown, has amazing natural lighting, it is close to pretty much everything in Salt Lake, and neighbors aren't loud. It is pet friendly, has an indoor garage, washer and dryer in the apartment, valet trash pick up, and it is very modern. I'm only moving because I have work in California. And I'm hoping someone can take the lease from March until end of May. So you will sign a new contract that will be a minimum of 6 months, but I will subsidize the rent for March, April, and May to the amount shown ($1700). In June, the rent will go up to the amount decided between you and the office. I currently pay $1965 for a frame of reference.
