A very nice little student apartment located in an extremely convenient location across the street from Weber State University. I'm trying to move to a different apartment in Layton. I'm subleasing for the time being because I need to move closer to work. If you want to either take over my lease or sublease, I can. If you want to sublease, I'm going to charge $100 less than the current owner charges, which brings it down to $650 a month which includes parking, utilities, internet, and other fees. If you want to take over my lease, which ends in August 2025, you'll have to fill out the paperwork, do a security deposit ($200, refundable) and a nonrefundable lease initiation fee. I'm also doing tenant screening thriugh KSL which is secure so that you don't send it directly to me (as that could be bad if someone were a scammer or something crazy like that) I'll refund you the screening fee. I moved here immediately after getting out of Job Corps because it was the cheapest option at the time. It really is the cheapest around. Also, I forgot to mention earlier that this particular unit is for males only between the ages of 18 and 30. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
