My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over our lease for the remainder of the lease length agreement at Riverfront Apartments. The lease is until September 24th, an 8 month remaining contract, however the lease can be extended through Riverfront Apartments. This is a two bedroom, two bath apartment, on the 4th floor, and is 1066 SQFT. The remainder of the lease will be transferred into your name; this is not a sublease. The apartment complex has a pool, spa, and gym for full access with covid-19 guidelines. The apartment comes with one covered parking space with plenty of other spots available; washer and dryer included inside the apartment. Quiet apartment with good neighbors. Pets are allowed with fee. The total rent my roommate and I have been paying, utilities included, is $1500 a month.
