The House: -1,500 square feet with a large backyard and flowing spring (1/4 acre!) -Room is 13'3"x9'8" with a large closet and two windows -2 full baths, ie you get your own shower/bathroom (includes a bidet!) -Modern kitchen with dishwasher, RO drinking water, new side fridge, and gas stove -Patio area, fruit trees, garden, berry patch, chicken coop. Entire property is fenced in. -Central A/C and heat, washer/dryer, Google Fiber Wi-Fi included -Shared storage including a shed out back -Security system -Quiet and a total sanctuary. No-Drama environment (this includes lifestyle and politics). Rent is $850/month including utilities. I’ve done month-to-month in the past with the intent of long-term residency, and prefer this, but don’t want a short-term tenant. *Not an Airbnb*. Deposit is $700 and fully refundable. Seriously, all of it. -Clean, quiet, and organized. I generally keep to myself. Courteous of others. -Focusing on my career and epic adventures, ie not much of a partier but I love a good IPA around the campfire. -DIY and a 4WD Fabricator. I build stuff in the garage.
