The House: -Approximately 1,500 square feet with a large backyard and flowing spring (1/4 acre!) -Room is 13'3"x9'8" with a large closet and lots of natural light -2 full baths, ie you get your own shower -Modern kitchen with dishwasher, RO drinking water, new side fridge, and gas stove -Patio area, fruit trees, garden, berry patch, chicken coop. Entire property is fenced in. -Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and ample parking -New front-loading washer and dryer along with some storage space -Central A/C and heat, Google Fiber Wi-Fi included -24 hour security system -Quiet and a total sanctuary. Zero-Drama environment. Rent is $850/month including utilities with preference given to long-term residents. First month and $650 deposit are due up front. All deposits are fully refundable!
