We have a condo that is coming up for rent next week. It's a one bedroom and one bathroom unit, located on 3683 S 2200 W in West Valley on the second floor with a covered parking space and storage unit. It's a corner unit condo as well. The rent is $1300 a month and that includes all of your utilities and HOA fees. Water, sewer, garbage, power and gas are all included in that price. There is a community pool along with a clubhouse as well. The school is right behind the community as well, super convenient location.
