1 bedroom and shared bathroom. Available in Riverdale with easy access to Hill AFB, Weber State, stores, and restaurants. Read for move in on 11/20! We are looking for single occupancy, but you are of course allowed to have company over. We ask that you have no pets, no children and do not smoke. The bathroom is shared with one other person and would be used by guests that are at the house. So, we ask that you keep it clean. A little about us, there are 4 others in the house as well as 2 dogs. This might sound cramped but there is plenty of space even in common areas. We do have parties every once in awhile. Everyone here is kind and courteous, if any issues do arise we solve it as quickly and kindly as possible. If you have any questions feel free to reach out and ask. Text it preferred. The room will be ready to move into on 11/20. If you move in later than 11/20 the days will be prorated.
