Private bedroom, but shared bathroom and living spaces. The bedroom is small, but will still fit a queen bed (as shown). The rest of the house is fully furnished, I have everything we need! Private off street parking and patio out back. The upper floor of the house is a separate apartment, but nothing is shared with them except for the parking area. 1 Year lease June 2025- July 2026.
