We have two bed rooms available in our family farmhouse in Heber on the main floor. They have a private bathroom that those 2 rooms share. There is a kitchen and living room also on the main floor shared with other people in the house. The rooms could be rented together for $1350 or separately for $750 each. There is a dog and cats in the house. They stay in their rooms or outside at all times, but if you are very allergic that won’t work. Utilities included. Shared cleaning responsibilities.
