The home is a beautiful tri-level home, with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is also with a backyard and hot tub for you to enjoy as well! The bottom level of the home includes a large finished basement and full bathroom, an OLED TV and large sectional couch for you to use! The main level (pictured), includes a sitting area, dining room table, and couch and OLED TV to relax while you're cooking dinner. The upstairs has 3 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Roommate wise, I am searching for another clean, working professional, who is LGBT friendly, and has a similar 9-5 work schedule (as I work from home). Rent for this listing includes 1 of the bedrooms and 1 of the bathrooms for your exclusive use, as well as sharing of the other parts of the home, yard and hot tub with me!! The bedroom will be unfurnished at time of rent, so the bed and desk pictured will not be included. Rent includes all utilities including internet, electric, gas, and garbage.
