The only thing you need to bring will be linens and a queen mattress. The kitchenette has all the basics and full cooking capabilities with a 2-burner cooktop, ninja 10-1 countertop oven, and a microwave. The refrigerator is large enough to hold a good amount of groceries. Although the bathroom is not pictured as it’s full of tools right now (updated pictures to come in the next couple of days) it does have a large jetted tub, separate shower and large vanity area. Coin laundry is in the building and only shared with four other units. This unit is only for up to two individuals, non smoking and no vaping, no pets, and parking for only one car. Future tenant/s must be able to pass a financial and criminal background check. Midway is a beautiful town and this unit is located only about a mile from Main Street. Lots of outdoor activities nearby. Or just stay home and enjoy the quiet building or outdoor fresh air from your balcony with one of the best views of the valley.
