The unit was built in 2017 and has all the amenities a rooftop deck, tons of light, open concept, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space. There are two available bedrooms. The rooms have large closets. Both rooms are about the same 9x13.5 and then 9x12.5. Layout: first floor is the living room, kitchen, half bath, and two car garage. Plenty of gear space in the garage. Second floor has the master bedroom (not for rent) and two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry. Then above that is the amazing roof top deck with capital and foothill views. Rent + utilities= $1150 per month. You will have to show proof of renters insurance. Parking spot in the garage for an additional $50/month or dedicated parking lot for the town home community. Additional street parking available as well. There are restaurants, bars and a coffee shop close by and it is minutes from downtown and an easy commute to the UofU and 8 mins to the airport (extremely easy access to I-15). Additionally, it is a few minutes away from the capital and City Creek trails. About me I am a working professional in my late 20. (don't work from home). Hoping to live with a roommate I vibe with, would love to be friends if if we connect but also am very independent/respectful. When I am not working I enjoy running, hiking, biking, and hanging out/hosting friends. Looking for someone in their mid 20-30s who is clean, respectful, non LDS standards. No pets or smoking.
