It’s available to move in now with lease signing that expires July 25, 2025. About the Room: While the pictures may not fully depict it, the master bedroom offers more than meets the eye. It includes a spacious walk-in closet for ample storage and the added convenience of a stall shower. Current Roommates: Currently, three out of the four rooms are occupied by gentlemen aged 25 and above. Let me introduce you to them: One roommate has been employed at the University of Utah for the past five years. He enjoys a variety of hobbies including gaming, bowling, brewing beer, and has recently taken up cooking. Another roommate is a software developer with degrees in Computer Science from the University of Oregon and Psychology from the University of Utah. He maintains an active lifestyle with interests in fitness, drumming, coffee, backpacking, snowboarding, camping, and playing MTG (Magic: The Gathering). He occasionally hosts casual MTG sessions with friends, which usually wrap up early in the evening. He also has a friendly 72lb dog who gets along well with people and other dogs, provided introductions are made with enough space for comfortable interaction. The third roommate is passionate about outdoor activities, motorcycles, cycling, and recently built a gaming PC.
