Selling my contract for spring semester 2021 at Dixie state for 369$ o month. Location is right across the street from campus so if you dont have a car no worries. All my roommates are super cool and fun to hang with. The one I share a room with is hardly ever there, so its basically like having a private room but at a shared rate! The place has a full kitchen and laundry inside the apartment, and a pool/hot tub area on the property. Super continent and safe place to live while going to school. Lease is from January until the end of the semester. Utilites is 40 dollars a month, but I will cover first months utilities if you take over the lease starting in January.
