The room includes a walk-in closet and shares a jack & jill bathroom with 1 other roommate. $750 per month with all utilities + WiFi included. Bedroom is empty but the rest of the house is furnished including a kitchen, and 2 living rooms shared by 4 college age roommates that live here currently. The house is conveniently located 3 minutes away from Utah Valley University and all the other shops in southern Orem. The house is very spacious and includes a backyard, street and driveway parking, laundry machines, and a garage(primarily used for storage space).
