Hi! I have the upstairs bedroom in my current place to fill beginning of April or May, date is flexible. House is located near the REI in Millcreek. The upstairs bedroom, bathroom and 2nd room (currently being used as a gear room with floor to ceiling shelving units) can be fully yours, the rest of the house would be shared. There is another bedroom and bathroom downstairs that I use. There is an upstairs kitchen, living room, office, downstairs living room, laundry room, downstairs partial kitchen (coffee area), large yard. There is also a very large 2+ car garage, one parking spot would be yours, plus TONS of storage. Rent is $1300 a month + utilities (usually average $100 a month, a little more in summer). I’m planning on moving out after re-signing for a 6 month lease, you could do 6 months with me or continue to rent, the place would be available for a year plus. I love all things running/biking/skiing/climbing and that loves dogs, I have an 9 year old Australian Shepherd, unfortunately no other animals at this time.
