One bedroom with a private bath for a female on the bottom floor of my townhome. Kitchen and living room are shared. I do have a queen bed in the bedroom if needed. Washer and Dryer will be available for use. Price includes all utilities. I have a workout room that would be available for your use including a peloton and mirror. You would have to provide your own shoes for the peloton. I do have a one year old pomsky that is so loveable! I am a working professional and am not home super often. I would like someone who is clean and friendly. This is super close to the freeway and hundreds of trailheads. *Some of the pictures are from when I bought the place so decor may be a little different. No smoking and no pets.
