The common areas are nicely furnished, but the rooms are not furnished (so you'll need to bring your own bed, desk, etc.). Common areas include a bright, nice kitchen/dining area, and a living room with large sliding glass door that opens onto patio and back yard. New flooring & paint, and brand new furniture! Back yard features HUGE patio area (~750 sq ft, half of which is covered), and a peaceful back yard--it's a great place to relax. Large laundry room with brand new washer & dryer.
