The townhouse includes two furnished kitchens, two living/tv rooms, and two full bathrooms. Roommate will share a bathroom with one other roommate. Easy access to the freeway and close to downtown Salt Lake City. Must be clean, respectful, and professional. No drugs or alcohol. All utilities covered by landlord including high speed internet. Security deposit is $400 with $350 refundable.
