RENTAL HISTORY- Applicants must provide name, address, and dates of tenancy for previous landlords for two years. An application will not be approved if there is any previous eviction, defaults in lease agreements, untimely rental payments, or outstanding balances owed to another apartment or rental owner or property manager. CREDIT HISTORY- Applicant’s credit must reflect that all accounts are current and that the applicant has a history of financial responsibility. CRIMINAL HISTORY- An applicant will be rejected if he/she has been convicted of any type of crime that would be considered a threat to the rental property, other residents or neighbor. SMOKING- Smokers need not apply as smoking is not permitted on the property. PETS- Pets are NOT allowed under normal circumstances.
