We have a beautiful guest house available Feb 1st. It was remodeled in 2021. Has amazing vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, great views, garage and more. This is a 6 month lease, it can be extended after that. *It is upstairs above our garage. So you must be good with stairs. :) You have one garage space where you enter the home. It has a big pantry a washer and dryer available to purchase/rent. We live on a quiet private lane with deer, foxes and other beautiful wildlife We live near the freeways on just over 5 acres of land. Utilities aren't included in the rent. It's an additional $195 which includes, gas, electric, trash, sewer and water, We've had a great renter but he is being transferred for work. We are low maintenance and we'd like the same! Prefer no pets, no smoking, no partying! Rent will be due by the 5th of the month.
