Looking for someone to take over the lease for the shop we are renting. It’s a great location, and we’ve enjoyed our time here. There is a front office area and a spacious shop. Water and electricity included, but gas isn’t. We use the internet the landlord provides. It’s technically a “perk” because it isn’t included in the lease, but they let tenants use it. We have paid for January, so if you need to move in before the end of January rent will start February 1st. We have 9 months left in the contract, but since we have paid for January it will be an 8 month lease unless you want to extend it with the landlord, which he would be happy to do.
