Serious inquiries only please. I am looking for an individual or couple interested in renting a 1 bedroom apartment at the Skyhouse located at 300 W North Temple in downtown SLC. The management company, Mecca, is willing to let me out of my lease early, if I advertise independently to lease my apartment; however, if you were to lease my apartment, you would have your own lease with Skyhouse (not a sublease) through at least mid-May 2024. They offer 6-18 month leases. I have loved living at Skyhouse for the last 2.5 years, but am ready to move forward in a relationship, and no longer need my apartment for that reason. Perks of renting my apartment include $500 gift as a thank you for saving me the cost of breaking my lease, if you take over my unit and sign a lease with Skyhouse. Any promotion Skyhouse is offering would also be available as a discount on top of my $500 gift. At this time of posting this listing, Skyhouse is offering 6-8 weeks of rent free, depending on the unit. I have one of the best parking spots in the building in the garage connected to the entrance next to the main elevator. You can visit my apartment and see the unit you would be renting, measure for furniture, see how the light comes in through the southeast facing windows, and I would be willing for you to arrange to meet my neighbors, if you are interested. I don’t believe I have neighbors on one side, and Skyhouse instead uses that apartment for storage. The neighbors on the other side I have rarely see, but are friendly and quiet. The second floor is very quiet generally. Things I love about living at Skyhouse: walkable to restaurants, sporting events, ballet, opera, and symphony performances, beautiful roof with twinkle lights, fire pits, and grilling stations (truly what drew me to Skyhouse), the amenities are beautifully decorated, you can host events in the common areas without additional cost, which include a clubhouse with a full kitchen, pool table/ping pong game room, 2nd level courtyard, and rooftop. There is a nice gym on the second floor, storage and multiple parking garages on site, valet trash, 24/7 security available to come over after hours, and attentive management and maintenance teams. The cleaning staff is impeccable, and the hallways and common areas are cleaned daily. I feel like it’s similar to living at a hotel in that respect.
