Looking for a roommate in my house in Holladay. Super nice place, great location, amazing views. Room has its own bathroom and is fully empty. The rest of the house is furnished. The room is large, has a large closet, and looks straight up at Mt Olympus. Other tenant is myself, M27, work 9-5, ski, mtb, game, non-LDS, and i have 2 super friendly and chill cats so no more pets unfortunately. Rent is 1050+utilities, and its a lease takeover until June. I plan to re-sign and ideally looking for someone who would want to as well. There is a nice yard with garden, 2 porches, shed for storage, and driveway or street parking (quiet safe cul de sac).
