I would like to rent ONE of the two upstairs bedrooms of the house that I live in, on a MONTH to MONTH basis. My home has new carpet, Central air conditioning, Nice furniture and appliances, and is fully furnished, and since there is always the possibility of theft, and/or damage to my home, appliances, furniture, my personal belongings etc., if you want to stay here, you will need to be willing to let me get a copy of your Drivers License, and I will also need to see your current address and employment information. You will be required to have up-to-date RENTERS INSURANCE if you decide to stay here. You'll be renting only ONE of the two upstairs bedrooms, but you will also have full access to the entire upstairs portion of my house which includes a bathroom, kitchen, living room, large fenced in backyard, and parking space in my driveway. One other thing you should know is the upstairs bathroom has a Jetted Walk-in-Tub, that you can also take a shower in, but will take a little getting used to. The good news is, you'll love sitting in the tub and turning on the jets.......especially if you have a sore back or legs or feet. I spend most of my time downstairs, so most of the time you will have of the upstairs bathroom, living room and kitchen to yourself, except when my grandkids or other family members or friends come over. I will pay all of the utilities including really fast internet, and also have washer and dryer downstairs that you can use if you would like. I have a fairly large fenced in backyard and it would be great if you would be willing to help with the yard work and some maintenance. I am 70 years old, so I'm not looking for a girlfriend, boyfriend, roommate etc., I just want to rent a bedroom to someone because I could use the extra money.
