I aim to keep the space calm and restorative, so guests are welcome to visit, but overnight stays are rare and not part of the regular household dynamic. **Keeping common spaces clean is very important to me in a tenant. I have never asked anyone to move out but per the contract, if cleanliness is an issue I will address it gently, and if it continues to be an issue, I reserve the right to provide a 30 day notice to the tenant** New carpet, new security system, new HVAC, fresh paint throughout house Pets: No cats/dogs. I do have a friendly cat (see laundry room pic). She doesn't bite or pee on furniture, she does jump on the counters sometimes. I likely won't be accepting additional pets but if you've got something small like a hamster, just talk to me. You would share a full bathroom with two lovely women. I'm happy to say the bathroom sharing situation has never been a problem, but there is a half-bath you can also use. I additionally have a personal bath in the master bedroom, worst case scenario. The bedroom for rent can fit a queen bed, though a full bed is pictured. I am not LDS (the other two tenants are), so I don't know much about the wards in the area, but there are a lot of wards nearby and a huge, beautiful park called Murray Park within walking distance (for privacy I have listed Murray Park as the address, it is within close walking distance) About other residents: I am a nurse and hospital chaplain in my mid-30s, as well as the homeowner, so I am always available for needed repairs and such. I love art, flowers, and hiking. The other two tenants are a woman in her 30s and another in her 20s who both work for non-profits. We all get along well.
