Hey everyone, I’m looking for two awesome roommates to share this furnished house in north bountiful starting on June 15th. It’s 10-15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake. There are 2 rooms available with the potential of mostly private bathrooms. There will be driveway and on-street parking. Rent is $700/month with an $700 deposit. Utilities will be split 3 ways, probably an extra $150/month maybe more depending on the season. Looking for 12-month leases. 3 bedrooms to pick from and we’ll do first come first serve. I’m looking for active LDS members who have some similar interests. I’m 28, work full-time doing tech sales, and coach high school wrestling in the area. I spend a lot of my free time snowmobiling, dirt biking, boating, and traveling.
