Lightly furnished one bedroom apartment above our horse barn on seven acres in Silver Creek neighborhood. Deck with views over Park City and Lewis Preserve. Hiking trails and open space all around adjacent to property. Spacious one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Barn and pasture are home to horses, chickens, two barn cats and two pygmy goats. Looking for a tenant (or couple) who want to live surrounded by wide open spaces, who has experience with animals and who will commit to helping around our hobby farm when we are out of town. Tenant should be happy to have a few animals and their noises nearby (no allergies to horses, goats, etc. because of proximity). Tenant must be willing and able to feed horses & care for chickens (collect eggs, refill food and water) when we are out of town and plow snow with our Kubota tractor in the winter when/ if we are out of town so that tenant can get out. We will always pay for farm help or deduct wages from rent. Initial lease is 3 months (a trial period so that we can confirm reliability) with plans to renew for an additional 9 months (renewable terms negotiable thereafter). Tenant should have an all-wheel drive vehicle that can safely navigate the snow packed roads in Silver Creek and on our property. No pets allowed. Utilities are paid for... Wifi, gas, electric, and garbage. Tenant will need their own P.O. box and will need to bring their garbage to the bins near the street each week.
