We have a room for rent in our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom town house. The rent is $700 a month plus utilities which are about $50. You will be sharing a bathroom with one female. Room will be ready July 1st. Serious inquiries only, can not rent to couples and no other pets allowed!
