Our beautiful 1 bed/1 bed fully-furnished basement apartment in Holladay is available to rent on a month-to-month basis between August 25th and January 31st. This is a private fully-furnished ground-floor mother in law apartment, with a full kitchen, and off-street driveway parking. The apartment is a ground-floor walkout fully separated from the rest of the house (we live upstairs), with large windows and lots of natural light. All utilities are included (gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet). Laundry is available immediately adjacent to the apartment. Rent is $1,700/month with a $500 deposit, with a 30 day minimum stay, renewable month-to-month between August 15th and January 31st. We are a young couple who loves to travel, ski and be outdoors. And there’s a hot tub with views of the mountains and valley too! Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Neighborhood description: The house is located on a hillside in a beautiful area of Holladay. The tree-covered streets provide sweeping views of Mt. Olympus and the Wasatch and Oquirrh mountains, as well as epic Salt Lake Valley views, with glimpses of the Great Salt Lake, Antelope Island, and the western Utah Mountain ranges. The streets are quiet and primarily single-family residential, but with quick access to retail, restaurant and outdoor spaces. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with downtown Holladay being about a 30 minute walk away. Several major bus lines provide service within 2-5 minutes of the house. Quick access to Interstates I-215 and I-80 provide efficient routes to get to popular ski areas in the Cottonwood Canyons or Park City, as well as downtown Salt Lake City and the SLC Airport. Right down from the cottonwood canyon ski resorts, across the road from Millcreek canyon and a 20-25 minute drive to Park City. We are also a 12 minute drive to downtown SLC and 5-10 minutes to the hip SLC neighborhoods of Sugarhouse and Liberty Park. There is one parking space available (west side) in the driveway for guest use. Ample street parking is available immediately in front of the house. The neighborhood is highly walkable, public transportation via bus is nearby, and quick access to major highways is available.
