I have a rental house that I want to rent in Lehi on Traverse Mountain. It is super clean in a cul-de-sac with newer paint and carpet. There is an HOA with a swimming pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. The HOA takes care of the front yard landscaping. The basement is fully finished with a large bonus room.
