Looking for a single person to live in my downstairs basement apartment. It is a unique set up in that it is the entire downstairs of my home, with its own entrance, but is divided into a small studio apartment and a separate room, which is often used as an office. It also has a three quarter bath (shower, sink, toilet). The shared laundry is also downstairs. The backyard is spacious and has a BBQ, table and chairs, garden box and a few trees. (The pictures online don't reflect brand new upgrades of new vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint and replacement of ceiling tiles with drywall. Will update photos after current tenant is out). I am looking for a clean and quiet tenant who doesn't mind children ( I have a five year old who will be living above you). The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, with friendly families and a small park around the corner. It's also about a half mile to Sugarhouse Park and a mile to the heart of Sugarhouse. It's 4 minutes to the freeway (I80) and 12 minutes to Millcreek Canyon. The lease is until the end of May. All utilities are included (Will consider an additional person for an additional $100 per month). Storage shed available for your toys; shaded street parking; no smoking or drugs.
