The unit is a 3 br 1 ba with a small side yard. Other room mates are in their late 20s. Chill vibes and keep the space clean. Prefer no couples, but would consider it for additional rent. No smoking inside, outside is fine. Pets will be considered. Rent is $750/mo and utilities is $100/mo. First and last month's rent required to move in.
