This neighborhood is genuinely walkable and bikeable — coffee, restaurants, parks, and the Sugar House Business District are all close by. Easy access to major corridors for getting around the city. The Rooms 🛏 Upstairs Room – Standard ceiling height, comfortable and bright. Comes with a closet. Shares a full bathroom with one other upstairs room. This room is cheaper ($700). 🛏 Basement Suite – A unique setup: two adjoining rooms that give you extra flex space to use as a sitting room, home office, or walk-in closet area. A great deal for someone who wants more than just a bedroom. Note: ceilings are on the lower side — best suited for folks under 6'2". The House Shared common areas throughout (kitchen, living spaces, yard) Beautiful shady backyard with a garden — and a pear tree that produces more than we can eat, so help yourself Gas and water covered by the landlord We maintain the yard and take pride in keeping the place nice Street parking available, plus a straight driveway (note: tandem setup can be tricky for larger vehicles) The Process You'll meet with Ben first, and if it's a good fit, we'll connect you with the landlord to finalize the arrangement. 📸 Check the photos for a feel for the space.
