Hello! We are looking for somebody to move in to this Sugarhouse/Millcreek area home as soon as possible. My parents live out of state and rent this house to my friends and I. Some information to be aware of: Currently, there are two of us occupying the basement of the house - me, a 26-year-old male, and my roommate/close friend who is a 25-year-old male. We are pretty easy going and aim to be tidy. We are totally open to living with women, as this is of no concern to us. The living situation is pretty close quarters as this is a fairly small home. The backyard has a deck with a patio set, and we have a great kitchen/cooking setup. I can send the Zillow link from a few years ago upon request.
