I have 2 empty bedrooms for rent in my sugarhouse/millcreek neighborhood 3 bed 1 bath duplex. Its in a great location and is nice! Each bedroom rents for $500 a month and we split Gas/electricity/internet. I might be able to cut a deal to a work from home person who wants both bedrooms for office space. About me: I'm a 28/m with a professional job. I work from home about 50% of the time. I'm easy to get along with and all my hobbies are outside.
