Home has a large yard for area, 4 parking spots in rear with lots of street parking in area. Apartment is currently furnished. It has been decorated differently from photos but essentially the same. Room has a large window and built in closet. It's an average sized room with 8' ceilings. Shared bathroom with 2 people. People love to live in this area and tenants typically stay a long time due to the ease of the agreement; lack of commitment and price for the area.
