Utilities are included except TV/cable/satellite. One parking spot is in the garage and another is available on the RV pad. Separate walk-in entrance from inside the garage. Insulation between levels for better sound proofing. Walking distance from elementary school. 8 minute drive from Costco, Walmart and Smith's grocery stores.
