Shared bathroom is brand new and has double sinks & tub/shower combo. Shared common areas include: living room, kitchen, dining room, and patio. Washer and dryer in basement. Small space in garage for a little storage only. 1 driveway space for parking 1 car. Bedroom has brand new window and a nice view (not shown in photos). Homeowner has a dog, so must like dogs. Share of utilities. Security deposit. Applicant agrees to background and credit checks. To be clear, this is a shared private home. You would be renting one of the bedrooms and share the common areas as noted above.
